This page explains what Creator Kit collects when you sign up for the clipper program, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Creator Kit is run by KG LABS SHPK, Golem, Kryemëdhej, 2504 Kavajë, Albania, which decides how your data is used. You can reach us at team@creatorkithq.com.
What we collect
- What you type in the sign-up form: your first name, email address, the platforms you will post on, and the link to your page if you add one. If you arrived from one of our ads, we also keep the ad's tags (the utm_ values in the link) with your sign-up, so we know which ads bring clippers.
- What you send us later: links to the clips you post and the payout details you choose to give us (a PayPal address or a crypto wallet address).
- Technical data: your IP address, which we keep for up to an hour to stop spam sign-ups and which also appears in our server logs, and the advertising measurement described below.
- Your country: when you visit or sign up we look up your country from your IP address and keep only the country, never the address. The lookup uses IP to Country Lite by DB-IP, licensed under CC BY 4.0.
- Visit counts: we count visits to this page by day, ad tags, country and device type. To count each visitor once a day we use a one-way code made from your IP address and browser that changes every day and cannot be turned back into either.
Instagram connection
You can connect your Instagram professional (Creator or Business) account to Creator Kit by logging in with Instagram. Connecting is your choice and proves the account is yours without the code in your bio.
- What we read, with your permission: your Instagram username, account type and follower count, and a summary of your followers by country, age and gender. Instagram only gives this summary for accounts with at least 100 followers.
- Why: to confirm the account is yours and to show our team whether your audience fits a campaign. It is information for our review, not an automatic decision.
- What we do not do: we read your data once each time you connect and never store your Instagram login. We cannot post, send messages or change anything on your account.
- Disconnecting and deletion: remove Creator Kit in Instagram under Settings, Apps and websites. You can also ask Instagram to delete the data we hold, or email us, and we delete the connection and the follower summaries. Your account handle stays on the clips you already submitted, so we can keep paying you for them.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To run the program you signed up for: emailing you the asset pack and the community invite, checking the views on your clips and paying you. This is needed to perform our agreement with you.
- To keep the program free of spam and fake views, and to measure our ads. These are our legitimate interests.
- To keep payment records where the law requires it.
Advertising measurement
This site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets a cookie (_fbp) and tells Meta that the page was visited, whether the sign-up form was completed and whether you opened the Discord invite afterwards. We do not pass what you type into the form to Meta. You can block this with your browser's tracking protection or limit it in your Meta ad settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is needed to run the program: our hosting provider, our email provider, the team chat where we are notified of new sign-ups (Discord), Meta for the ad measurement above, and PayPal or the crypto network when we pay you. If you connect Instagram, Meta sends us the data described above. Some of these providers process data outside your country, under their own data-protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up while you are in the program and for up to 2 years after your last activity, or longer where records of payments must be kept by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, at any time by emailing team@creatorkithq.com. You can stop our emails with the same request. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Age
The program is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
